Workshop No-Show & Cancellation Policy

We understand that life happens. Here's our policy regarding kit purchases for workshops.

Cancellations:

• If you cancel at least 48 hours before the workshop, you may choose:

  • A full refund, or

  • A free transfer to a future workshop (subject to waitlist availability).

No-Shows:

• If you do not attend the workshop and do not provide prior notice, no refund will be issued. 

Emergency Exceptions:

• If an emergency prevented you from attending, please contact us within 48 hours after the workshop.

• We may offer a partial refund or a one-time reschedule, depending on the situation and documentation provided.
